The last 2 days I've been designing borders. Yesterday Judy suggested I might want to turn those borders into medallion quilts. I've never tried to design a medallion quilt. It seems like a good idea.

These are first attempts and I'm not unhappy with them. At the same time, I don't think I have a feel for medallion quilts yet.

ReplyDeleteYou may not feel at home with designing medallions yet, but you have started without any prior conceptions ...... and the first one is great! Very clever!
I keep looking at hem all and thinking that you have chaged the block ..... my eyes are having trouble believing that they are seeing the same block goig round and round.
Look forward to seeing what happens when you start gfetting the feel for medallions!
