Echo Block #2

Shoo Fly

The design starts with a large and a small version of a Shoo Fly block.






By superimposing the small version on the large one a new block is created - an Echo block.

This Echo block is made from rectangles squares and half-square triangles.

Yesterday  the small Ohio Star was right up in the corner. Today the small Shoo Fly is closer to the center.

This is the setting and coloring that I used to create the design at the beginning of this post.

It is easy to see both Shoo Fly blocks.

I also like this coloring of the block.

In this case both Shoo Fly blocks disappear. The Echo block ends up being a totally new block.
