A Do Over
Modified Clay's Choice
This quilt top design was based on a modified Clay's Choice block.
It needs a border. I don't want to do a plain border. I want to do something that relates to the design itself.
What if I use half blocks separated from the original quilt top by a background spacer?
What if I join up loose ends?
What if I use one of the design elements to create a ring all around the quilt top?
I like this idea best. It adds interest and completes the design but takes second place to it.
