What if I start with this block - Frolic, draw it in outline and then color it several different ways? What will I get?

























I get new blocks, some of which don't look anything like Frolic. And some interesting quilts.

    Wayne, I love the 4th one particularly. Floating mesh look, bold colors, lots of places for unique quilting motifs... Can't add it to my collection now, but would love to see this one sewn up!

    You can tell I like it too - I showed it twice.

    However, I must confess, I cheated. In order to create this design I had to convert the block to an on point block. So its not really the block shown to the left of the design. But it is very close.
