Swirl #1

Linda


























I was doodling on graph paper when I discovered this block which I decided to call Linda. It's such a fundamental design that I can't believe I've never seen it before.

I decided to play with it and see what shows up.



































I can think of several ways to piece this block. I haven't decided which is best yet. I'm open to suggestions.

    Number 4 looks like a border design, though i am not too sure how it would go around a corner! Could be interesting around the second to last one ... love both the blocks in that one!

    I'm not sure how it would go around a corner either. If all else fails use cornerstones.
