Playing with Blocks

Drunkard's Path
What if I put 6 Drunkard's Path blocks together and make this odd looking block?

What if I take 4 of the new block, rotate them and join them to form a square?

I need to color the square to see what I've got.
What if I color my blocks using various greens?




I like this quilt motif.
What if I combine 4 copies of this motif and separate them with sashing?

The motif is quite busy; the sashing helps to calm it down a little and to give better definition to the pattern in the squares.

    Very good question. I don't know yet. Give me a couple of days and I'll see if I can't come up with a good answer.

    I know my wife, Linda, already has some ideas.
