Shoo Fly

What if I turn a Shoo Fly block on point? Can I use it to create a quilt pattern I like?

What if I start with a 5 x 5 grid of on point blocks?

What if I color some blocks one color of blue, some another, and leave some blank?

I like this pattern. Now it needs a border.

What if I repeat triangles from the Shoo Fly blocks to make the border?

Too much blue.

What if I change the border to neutral colors - black and grey?

What if I change the black and grey to light browns?

I think this border works.
