Borders
On Point Oh Susannah
I want to take another stab at finding a border for this design. My last stab was 2 days ago.
What if I reuse some of the design elements from the main image to fill the corners?
What if I color the outside background dark brown?
What if I try a dark ocher?
What if I try a light blue?
What if I make all the background light blue, but use 2 blues for more interest?
I like this better than what I did 2 days ago; but I'm still not totally happy.

Ha!! I should have kept reading!!! I like these designs much better. . .that's what I get for being away for a few days.

ReplyDeleteThe more I think about it, the more I become convinced that this corner design is too strong for the central motif. It needs toning down.
